Dongsheng Holdings Green Building Materials Laboratory is committed to providing professional research and testing services for high-quality green building materials. It was put into use in 2020 and was recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology as the Guangdong Provincial High Performance Mechanism Sand and Tailings Comprehensive Utilization Engineering Technology Research Center in 2022. The laboratory covers an area of approximately 500 square meters and currently has over 90 sets of equipment and instruments. The laboratory has set up independent functional areas such as physical inspection room, chemical analysis room, high temperature room, sample retention room, mechanics room, forming and testing room, standard curing room, and data room according to their functions. Each functional area meets the requirements of reasonable experimental equipment layout and testing process. The laboratory has six major experimental functions: aggregate and rock experiments, mechanism sand and gravel experiments, cement experiments, concrete experiments, ceramic experiments, and ore crushing and sorting experiments. The instruments and equipment are complete, and there are dedicated laboratory personnel responsible for it.
The main tasks undertaken by the laboratory include product quality testing in the company, innovative project experiments in the R&D department, experiments related to research and technical personnel's papers, and university internship bases. Relying on the laboratory, we have close cooperation with units such as South China University of Technology, Guangzhou Institute of Engineering, Guizhou Institute of Construction, and Shenzhen Industrial Co., Ltd. of China Construction Fourth Bureau in researching high-quality mechanism sand, high-quality aggregates, and high-performance concrete.
